No other gym in town is more well known for its classes than InsideOut. First of all, our classes are FREE for members, but most importantly, InsideOut offers the most variety, the best instructors, and the newest and best in fitness. We built our reputation on the strength of our classes and our staff’s expertise and training experience. We give our members 25FREE classes to choose from each week. From Spinning and Rowing to Yoga, Tai Chi, Fight Club (Boxing), TRX, Floor Work w/ Weights, Spin-Flex, and ball classes, InsideOut has it all.
Lisa is Co-Owner of InsideOut and the Director of our personal training program. She has 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and has specialty training in fitness for Seniors, Special Populations including weight loss, and rehab, plus goal-specific training. National certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Fitness, SPINNING, ROWING, Senior Fitness, Special Populations.
Marda is our resident World Class Triathlete and has been with us for over 16 years. She continues to compete in local and national cycling events and triathlons and specializes in event and race training as well as general fitness, weight loss, and strength and endurance. Marda is also our top instructor at InsideOut and teaches a wide array of core exercise and overall fitness classes. National certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, SPINNING, ROWING, CARDIO KICK BOXING, AFAA Primary Fitness.
