Our gym began with simple ideas – make your members feel comfortable, challenge their fitness everyday, and keep it clean.

InsideOut’s environment is relaxed, non-threatening, and certainly not the typical gym environment. It doesn’t matter if you’re a fitness expert or someone who has never worked out before – we’ve got classes tailored to your fitness level. Plus, one of our greatest strengths is our method of scheduling.  We easily reduce the number of members working out in the cardio and weight areas of the main floor by scheduling at least 2 classes (ie. Spinning, Rowing, Boxing) in a different area of the building during the busiest times of the day.  That way, there is rarely a wait for any piece of equipment.

We believe it’s our job to TEACH our members how to work out in the most effective way. Our classes are designed to accommodate everyone from beginners to the most advanced.

Plus, the environment at InsideOut is friendly and welcoming. Get yourself in the door, and you’ll be amazed at the spirit inside the gym. We’re just plain not like the rest of the bunch. We have programs and classes that anyone can take regardless of fitness level, and our staff goes above and beyond when it comes to helping beginners, folks who want to lose weight, or people who are training to reach a specific goal.
