SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Not everyone can find the time or the funds to hire a personal trainer, while some people operate better in groups - whatever the case, we have a solution - our training prescriptions or our special group programs.
The Exercise RX (Training Prescription) is designed to fit your individual goals and needs. Exercise RX programs are perfect for self-motivated individuals and for people who already know how to use the equipment but do not know how to design a program to reach their personal goals. They are ideal for event training, rehab, weight loss, and general fitness. Training Rx programs are also the perfect solution to jumpstart an existing routine and help move beyond fitness plateaus.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS . . . You sign up with one of our trainers, do a fitness evaluation, define your goals, then let the trainer take it from there. Once the trainer has your baseline fitness statistics and knows your goals, he/she will design a program that will help you get there. You take the program and follow it to the letter, then set up a follow-up meeting with your trainer to discuss results and future needs.
You can sign up for 2, 4, or 6 week packages, and each package includes a fitness evaluation and a 30 minute follow-up meeting with your trainer.
Group Programs
Two of our most popular training programs, SweatShop (advanced) and S.W.A.T. (any level) are ongoing programs that operate at either monthly (S.W.A.T.) or at 6 week intervals (SweatShop) throughout the year.
Both programs are conducted by our certified Personal Trainers and are tailored to fit the specific needs of each group.
SweatShop is designed to push you into a new level of fitness and is designed for people who are already in shape and want to push beyond their normal level of fitness.
S.W.A.T. is our new Boot Camp Program that meets mornings twice a week. S.W.A.T. is ongoing and military style, so don't expect anyone to hold your hand and tell you how great you are. If you're late, you'll cause pain for the entire group.
Both programs emphasize education in all areas of fitness, including cardio, weights, and nutrition.
Personal Training

No matter what your personal goals are, our trainers will develop programs to help you attain those goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re 25 or 65 – we are trained to develop fitness programs that work for the individual, and our goal is to train you to be able to carry these basic principles into your everyday life.
GETTING STARTED WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
We’ll help you decide which trainer you’d like to work with based upon your personal needs: Do you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve your overall fitness, rehab an injury, or beef up your body? It doesn’t matter - we have trainers who specialize in each area. It’s your choice. Once you set your goals, we’ll help you schedule an initial meeting where your trainer will discuss the program, do a preliminary fitness evaluation with you, and schedule your future appointments. It’s that simple.
ABOUT OUR TRAINERS' TRAINING
A lot of gyms advertise personal trainers as part of their membership program. Unfortunately, many of these trainers are not certified, know very little about fitness and weight training, and are used to get you in the door.
At InsideOut, not only are all of our personal trainers certified, but they are certified through one of our house approved, national certifying agencies. In fact, we only employ trainers from the top five certifying institutions in the country, and all of them are required to obtain at least 15 hours of continuing education training each year.
BASIC PERSONAL TRAINING RATES (Single Sessions and Packages)
Single Full Session - $65 (One Hour)
Single Mini Session - $45 (Half Hour)
Package of 12 One Hour Sesisons - $625
Package of 12 Mini Sessions - $450
EXERCISE TRAINING Rx
Level I (2 week program) - $100
Level II (4 week program) - $150
Level III (6 week program) - $210
We also have group rates and Giant Package Rates for those of you who want to maximize economy and purchase up to 24 sessions at a time.

| LISA BUCKNER Lisa is Co-Owner of InsideOut and the Director of our Personal Training Program. She has 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and has specialty training in fitness for Seniors, Special Populations including weight loss, and rehab, plus goal-specific training. National certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Fitness, SPINNING, ROWING, Senior Fitness, Special Populations. |
| NATALIE ISAAC Natalie is Co-Owner Of InsideOut and specializes in general fitness, strength and endurance training, rowing, and sports psychology. She is also available for small group training if you and a couple of friends want to work out together. National Certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, SPINNING, SPIN-FLEX, ROWING. |
| Dr MARDA KAISER, Phd Marda is our resident World class Triathlete turned personal trainer. She specializes in event and race training as well as general fitness, weight loss, and strength and endurance. Marda is also our top instructor at InsideOut and teaches a wide array of core exercise overall fitness classes. National certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, SPINNING, ROWING, CARDIO KICK BOXING, AFAA Primary Fitness. |
| JEFF MILLER Jeff's specialties include weight loss and muscle toning and building, but he's also great with general fitness and first timers. He's also a regular face on the floor conducting equipment orientations for new members. Jeff is a former member who fell in love with fitness and decided to make it a career. National Certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer, ROWING, and Spinning. |
| JESSICA SPRENKEL We welcome Jessica full-time to our training staff and to our gym staff as special programs director. Jessica's personal fitness experience includes marathon training and group training, and she is our new S.W.A.T. Boot Camp leader. Seargent Sprenkel will whip you into shape. National certifications include: AFAA Personal Trainer and certified Spinning Instructor. |
