TRX - SUSPENSION TRAINING


TRX Suspension training is a method of levaraged body weight exercise. Born out of necessity in the Navy Seals training program, TRX is a full body training system that works your entire body and specifically targets your core.

Practiced faithfully, you can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. TRX is revolutionary because you can take it anywhere, practice it at any level, and develop a core routine that will make you strong and balanced.
 
ORIENTATION
We require all participants to take our TRX orientation before beginning classes. It's a short introduction to the equipment, the proper positions, and core body position. Just check the front desk weekly for new orientation times.
